Responsibilities

Design and implement solutions using Oracle CC&B (Customer Care & Billing).

Customize CC&B components including Java, OUAF framework, XAI, and Batch processes .

Develop extensions, custom algorithms, and workflows based on business requirements.

Provide day-to-day technical support, troubleshooting, and bug resolution in the CC&B environment.

Optimize existing CC&B configurations and processes for performance improvements.

Work closely with business analysts, testers, and other developers to ensure project deliverables meet functional and technical requirements.

Create detailed technical design documents, unit test cases, and deployment procedures.

Develop and support integrations between CC&B and other systems (e.g., ESB, external APIs, or legacy systems).

Utilize tools like XAI, Web Services, and REST/SOAP APIs for integration purposes.

Support system testing, UAT, and deployment activities.

Address defects identified during testing phases and ensure timely resolution.

Support upgrades, patches, and overall CC&B system maintenance.

Assist in migrating customizations and configurations across environments.

Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

3+ years of experience in Oracle Utilities CC&B development.

Proficiency in: Java, SQL, PL/SQL, XAI, OUAF framework.

Developing batch jobs, algorithms, business services, and custom scripts.

Experience with integration technologies: Web Services (SOAP/REST), XAI, MQ, or middleware.

Knowledge of CC&B architecture, business processes, and configurations.

Experience with Oracle Database, WebLogic, and Eclipse IDE.

Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Ability to work in an Agile/Scrum development environment.

Preferred

Previous experience with other Oracle Utilities products like MDM, C2M, or WAM.

Hands-on experience with cloud migrations or CC&B upgrades.

Oracle Utilities certifications are a plus.
