Responsibilities
Lead Client Acquisition : Oversee the client funnel, driving new client volume through multiple channels, including external relationships, broadcast and digital media, community engagement, and strategic partnerships.
Develop Key Partnerships : Serve as a strategic partner to drive growth with local and regional referral partners, including managed care organizations, state and local agencies, and other referral entities.
Identify Organic Growth Opportunities: Seek and capitalize on adjacent service channels for organic growth in alignment with the company’s overall growth strategy.
Drive Community Engagement : Identify growth opportunities, measure investments, and position Help at Home for expansion within local communities.
Collaborate for Success : Lead cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies that serve external stakeholders and fuel growth.
Optimize Relationships : Use tools like Salesforce to manage relationships, ensuring effective planning, marketing, and communication to drive growth.
Continuous Improvement : Focus on measuring outcomes and improving people, processes, and technology to ensure ongoing growth.

Required
Bachelor’s degree required.
10-15 years of experience in roles directly responsible for regional business growth, including sales leadership, strategic partnerships, and market expansion, with proven accountability for scaling operations across multiple locations.
Proven experience leading and managing cross-functional teams to execute on growth strategies across multiple locations.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful market strategies that drive regional growth and increase client acquisition.
Preferred
Master’s degree or additional relevant degrees or credentials a plus.
Previous experience in the home care or healthcare industry is valuable, but not required.
