Responsibilities

Manage multiple estimates and proposals concurrently

Perform accurate and thorough quantity take-offs using multiple software systems and web applications

Evaluate drawings, specs, and other bid documents for all involved scope

Conduct site visits, pre-bid meetings, and perform detailed scope evaluations for all trade work

Submit required samples, product data, and shop drawings for approval by the architect

Review shop drawings and relay pertinent information to the field team

Procure all project required materials

Manage, price, and track all change orders, plan revisions, and RFI's

Manage project costs and forecast/analyze construction costs, exposures, and profits

Submit record drawings, maintenance manuals, and warranties for smooth project closeout

Attend progress meetings throughout projects, as required
