Responsibilities

Perform online certification of records in collaboration with HealthMark Texas online notary.

Able to coordinate and participate in recorded Teams calls with HealthMark Texas online notary with punctuality and frequency.

Organize and document recordings and certifications in electronic records.

Utilization of Nitro, Microsoft Office Suite products, Excel, and minimally HealthMark’s proprietary technology for documentation upload.

Manage time, calendar, and documentation to ensure timely certification of requests.

Communicate and daily collaboration with HealthMark Texas online notary and legal processing team lead and members to ensure timely, accurate, and fluid notarization of requests.

Verify/testify remotely as to certification of records as necessary (rare)
