Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, processes, and goals.

Analyze and evaluate existing systems, processes, and workflows to identify areas for improvement.

Develop detailed business analysis reports, including cost-benefit analysis, system specifications, and process models.

Provide recommendations for process optimization and implementation of new systems or tools.

Facilitate and support meetings, workshops, and presentations to communicate findings and proposals to stakeholders.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of business solutions.

Continuously monitor performance post-implementation to measure effectiveness and ensure the solution meets business objectives.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices, tools, and techniques.

Required

Certified Business Analyst (CBAP, CCBA, or equivalent certification)

Experience in business analysis, with a proven track record of success

Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies, tools, and techniques

Proficiency in business process modeling and requirement gathering techniques

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills

Required Security clearance

Preferred

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field

Experience with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies
