Responsibilities

Lead and manage change initiatives for Source-to-Pay (S2P) processes, ensuring smooth transitions and continuous improvement.

Develop and implement communication plans to keep stakeholders informed, managing multiple projects and ensuring timely delivery.

Provide support to process leaders in delivering training to employees and suppliers, ensuring understanding and compliance with S2P processes.

Oversee communication with suppliers regarding policy updates, process changes, and relevant S2P information.

Support the creation and dissemination of policy updates, collaborating with cross-functional teams to align strategies with business goals.

Required

Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND seven (7) years of Communications, Business Administration, Change Management a private, public, government or military environment.

OR High School Diploma/GED AND fourteen (14) years of Communications, Business Administration, Change Management a private, public, government or military environment.

5 years of experience within StP or procurement
