Responsibilities

Facilitate the adoption of new processes and systems by employees.
Ensure that change initiatives are completed on schedule and within the stipulated budget.
Play a pivotal role in organizational restructuring and job role realignment.
Conduct regular audits to ensure the effective implementation of changes.
Manage and mitigate resistance to change to ensure smooth transitions.

Required

Established experience in the field of Change Management consultancy
Evident skills in User Adoption strategies and implementation
Proficient in applying Change Management principles and methodologies to business scenarios
Ability to conduct comprehensive audits and provide actionable feedback
Strong interpersonal skills to facilitate change and promote user adoption
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for clear articulation of complex change strategies
Ability to work collaboratively within diverse teams and stakeholders
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks, timelines, and deliverables
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to rapidly changing environments

Preferred
