Responsibilities

Facilitate the adoption of new processes and systems by employees.

Ensure that change initiatives are completed on schedule and within the stipulated budget.

Play a pivotal role in organizational restructuring and job role realignment.

Conduct regular audits to ensure the effective implementation of changes.

Manage and mitigate resistance to change to ensure smooth transitions.

Develop strategies to increase employee engagement and acceptance of change.

Provide guidance and support to staff during periods of change.

Collaborate with different teams to ensure alignment of change management strategies.

Monitor the impact of change initiatives on employee performance and business operations.

Implement measures for maintaining consistency in change management approaches across the organization

Required

Established experience in the field of Change Management consultancy
