Responsibilities
Assist in creating and executing change management strategies and plans to support the implementation of Workday for clients.
Collaborate with project managers, Workday consultants, and client stakeholders to identify and manage key change impacts.
Conduct stakeholder analyses to understand and address the needs of different client groups affected by the Workday implementation.
Develop tailored communication plans to keep stakeholders informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle.
Design and deliver training materials, workshops, and user guides to ensure that end-users are prepared for the transition to Workday.
Facilitate feedback sessions and gather input from end-users to measure and enhance the effectiveness of change management initiatives.
Monitor and assess user adoption, track progress against change management goals, and provide reports to project leadership.
Identify and address potential resistance to change by developing strategies to promote acceptance and buy-in among end-users.
Support the ongoing development of change management tools, templates, and best practices for use across client projects.

Required
3 years of experience in change management, ideally within an HRIS/ERP implementation environment; Workday experience is a strong plus.
Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Ability to create engaging, easy-to-understand training materials and deliver effective presentations to diverse audiences.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
Adaptable and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
Preferred
Certification in a change management methodology (e.g., Prosci) is a plus.
