Responsibilities

Develop and execute change management strategies aligned with the ADKAR framework or equivalent methodologies.

Partner with project managers, business analysts, and stakeholders to manage the change lifecycle, including analysis, design, implementation, and support.

Assess and document change impacts, monitor outcomes, and provide recommendations to ensure successful adoption.

Lead the creation of tailored communication plans, including emails, newsletters, surveys, presentations, and website updates.

Develop compelling messaging for diverse audiences, ensuring clarity and alignment across teams.

Collaborate with leadership to create executive-level presentations and communication strategies.

Design and deliver engaging training programs and materials, including user guides, online videos, webinars, and classroom instruction.

Support projects with innovative training solutions to enhance learning and adoption.

Create promotional materials to support change initiatives, such as social media content, videos, signage, and print materials.

Develop branding strategies to ensure consistent and impactful messaging.

Prepare departments for change initiatives through FAQs, knowledge base development, policy updates, and operational planning.

Partner with service centers and departmental leadership to ensure readiness for transitions.

Serve as a change management subject matter expert, identifying opportunities for process improvement and innovation.

Provide input on portfolio planning, capacity management, and measurement of success for change initiatives.
