Responsibilities
Develop change management strategies that support continuous improvement initiatives.
Engage stakeholders to foster buy-in and support for new processes and systems.
Design and lead workshops and training sessions for project teams and stakeholders.
Monitor and assess change adoption, adjusting strategies as needed to ensure success.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Psychology, Business, or related field.
6+ years of experience in change management with certification in change methodologies (e.g., Prosci).
Excellent interpersonal skills and experience facilitating change in dynamic environments.
