Responsibilities
Lead efforts to deliver tailored solutions to key partners and achieve sales targets.
Develop and execute strategic plans to enhance partner relationships and drive growth.
Serve as a trusted advisor to partners, understanding and addressing their needs.
Conduct detailed presentations and product demonstrations for key decision-makers.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure solution feasibility and success.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 6 years of experience in channel sales or partner management.
Demonstrated ability to lead and execute complex sales strategies.
Strong leadership and team collaboration skills.
Preferred
Experience in managing large-scale partner accounts.
Ability to build and nurture high-impact partner relationships.
Proven track record of successful project execution and revenue growth.
Strong financial acumen and understanding of partner ROI.
Excellent negotiation and influence skills.
Experience in leading partner workshops and discovery sessions.
Ability to integrate partner feedback into product and service development.
