Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive partner enablement programs, including onboarding, certification, and ongoing enablement.

Work closely with channel account managers, and partner marketing to understand the unique needs of different markets and develop and implement scalable enablement programs.

Conduct regular enablement sessions, webinars, and workshops to educate partners on our products, solutions, and best practices.

Monitor and analyze partner performance to identify areas for improvement and provide tailored enablement and resources.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, acting as their main point of contact for enablement-related matters.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive landscape to ensure our enablement programs remain relevant and effective.

Gather feedback from partners to continuously improve enablement programs and resources.

Track and report on the effectiveness of enablement initiatives, providing insights and recommendations to leadership.
