Responsibilities
Collaborate with internal stakeholders (marketing, product, sales, etc.) to develop integrated marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales across digital channels, social, and TV.
Track the performance of paid social and digital media campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimization based on performance data.
Manage the end-to-end campaign lifecycle and assets including timelines, budgets, and coordination between internal teams and external partners.
Develop and execute a content calendar that aligns with brand initiatives, product launches, and seasonal campaigns across organic social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.). Act as community manager, responding to comments and engaging with followers to foster a vibrant community and maintain a positive brand presence.
Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and audience sentiment to inform social media content strategy and tactics.

Required
5+ years of experience in consumer marketing, preferably in healthcare, consumer tech, or CPG industries.
Deep knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.), trends, and best practices.
Proven experience creating and executing social media content strategies that drive engagement.
Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering campaigns on time, within budget, and with measurable results.
Ability to blend creativity with data-driven decision making.
Comfortable working with analytics tools to track and report on social media and campaign performance.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and present ideas effectively.
Acute attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality work across all marketing initiatives.
Experience working cross-functionally with media, creative, product, and sales teams to execute integrated marketing campaigns.
Preferred
Experience working with TV media or other traditional advertising channels.
Background in technology or healthcare.
Experience with influencer marketing and partnerships.
