Responsibilities

Analyze partner sales data, tracking KPIs such as sales volume, revenue growth, and customer acquisition.
Identify trends and opportunities within channels and recommend strategies for improvement.
Generate and deliver regular performance reports with actionable insights.
Act as a liaison between the company and channel partners, ensuring they have access to tools and resources.
Resolve operational issues such as order fulfillment or service delivery with partners.
Analyze historical data and market trends to support demand forecasting for each channel.
Identify and address potential supply chain or fulfillment issues impacting partner operations.
Maintain updated databases with partner profiles, sales figures, and transaction history.
Create regular and ad hoc reports detailing channel performance and growth metrics.
Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in channel workflows and propose solutions.
Collaborate with teams to improve processes, including lead management and partner onboarding.
Ensure channel operations adhere to company policies and compliance requirements.
Monitor and enforce partner adherence to contractual obligations.
