Responsibilities

Execute the ITA Group sales process and close sales for targeted accounts.
Become an expert in all ITA Group solution lines and apply this expertise to address clients’ business challenges.
Create demand for the company’s products and services by forging strong relationships through a network of coaches and key decision makers.
Work with an internal team to design solutions that achieve client objectives and financial impact.
Uncover client’s current business challenges and motivations of stakeholder groups.
Use knowledge, network, and business acumen to create demand for products and services.
Share deep knowledge in a particular area to earn a spot in the c-suite of clients.
Present fluently in round table discussions and create business cases for large investments.
Flex between leading, contributing, and partnering to successfully close business.
Deliver superior customer service, respond in a timely manner, and solve problems effectively.
Maintain a positive attitude and contribute to a safe, effective work environment.
Travel as necessary to complete projects and meet deadlines.

Required

Minimum five years of experience in a consultative sales-related position.
Demonstrated effective prospecting, researching, presentation techniques and strategies.
Ability to research client’s business issues and glean insights.
Excellent writing skills. Ability to write compelling calls-to-action that generate client response.
Demonstrated commitment to teamwork. Ability to work with others, including recognizing diversity of thought, demonstrating high levels of empathy and the ability to listen with intent to understand and the ability to compromise.
Deliver superior customer service. Respond in a timely manner with relevant information. Solve problems, both anticipated and unexpected. Be dependable to our clients and internal team.
Maintain a positive attitude. Contribute to a safe, effective, and productive work environment.
Ability to work the hours and travel to complete projects and/or meet deadlines.
Ability to listen, understand and respond to external and internal customers’ needs in a timely manner; customer service experience in a service-related industry preferred.
Ability to work the time necessary to complete projects and/or meet deadlines.
