Responsibilities
Partner Collaboration: Build and manage relationships with Microsoft account executives, alliance leaders, partner development managers, and distributors to drive joint go-to-market initiatives.
Microsoft Alliance Alignment: Collaborate with the Microsoft Alliance Leader to ensure strategic alignment on initiatives, co-sell opportunities, and market priorities. Partner to create and execute integrated sales plans.
New Logo Acquisition: Utilize Microsoft’s channel ecosystem and co-sell programs to identify and secure new customer logos. Develop and execute strategies to penetrate untapped markets and expand our client portfolio.
Revenue Generation: Drive revenue growth through Microsoft co-sell programs by leveraging partnerships and developing multi-year strategies with clients.
Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to expand Apps & Infra, Data & AI, and other Microsoft solution adoption in target industries such as healthcare, retail, manufacturing, and technology.
Incentive Utilization: Leverage Microsoft partner incentives, including Azure programs and co-marketing funds, to enhance deal success and profitability.
Pipeline Management: Manage and grow a pipeline of high-value opportunities in collaboration with Microsoft field teams, ensuring robust forecasting and deal closure.
Channel Enablement: Design and execute channel recruitment and readiness programs to onboard new resellers or partners and scale existing relationships.
Customer Engagement: Identify and engage prospective clients via Microsoft referrals, co-selling initiatives, and strategic marketing campaigns.
Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a key liaison between internal sales teams, Microsoft, and clients to ensure alignment on goals and seamless execution of solutions.

Required
10+ years in technology sales, channel sales, or alliances, including roles focused on Microsoft solutions and partnerships.
Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets through strategic channel programs and partner-driven sales.
Demonstrated success in opening new logos through Microsoft channel collaboration.
Deep understanding of Microsoft Azure, Data & AI, and other Microsoft cloud services.
Familiarity with co-sell models, partner incentive structures, and joint go-to-market frameworks.
Exceptional relationship management and collaboration skills.
Strong negotiation and strategic thinking abilities.
Proven ability to lead large-scale cloud migration and digital transformation initiatives.
