Responsibilities
Work with the Territory Manager to run partner scorecards monthly to ensure tracking ahead of revenue goals; creates action plan to address any issues
Recruit new value-added resellers for the DocStar brand within Epicor.
Support the Partners by delivering onboarding and coordinates with Epicor University,
Manages the DocStar Partner Program that includes onboarding the partner and providing skill-based product training.
Works as a liaison with Professional Services, Alliance Program, Sales Operations and other cross functional teams to support and resolve issues
Owns lead management of approvals not in pipeline and proactively contacts partners weekly to drive advancement
Sales, Support, Product Marketing, Customer Support among other cross functional teams
Works with partners to ensure account retention, growth and customer satisfaction

Required
Self-starter; ability to perform consistently with low levels of direction
Strong analytical, management and marketing skills
Willing to go the extra mile with a strong work ethic; self-directed and resourceful.
Ability to work autonomously with technical products and office applications
Ability to manage effectively and efficiently multiple tasks and priorities
Excellent customer service and presentation and verbal communications skills
