Responsibilities
Contributes to and may lead the portfolio management process, which includes needs assessment, solution selection, design, development, implementation, reporting, and continuous improvement and innovation of learning solutions.
Improves training effectiveness by developing new approaches and techniques; making support readily available; integrating support with routine job functions
Aligns development priorities with the needs of the company's corporate and/or business/functions.
Manages and monitors results against project plans.
Performs cost-benefit and business impact analyses of alternative learning solutions.
Designs, plans, and ensures overall integrity/quality of global and regional curricula roadmaps
Supports the design and plan of multiple projects.
Provides leadership to multiple project teams as appropriate.
Achieves financial goals, operational goals, and assigned metrics.

Required
First-level university degree; advanced university degree preferred or equivalent experience.
5-8 years in a sales training development role.
4-6 years’ experience, including channel sales and the management of large projects.
