Responsibilities
Provide outstanding customer service by responding to client inquiries via phone and email in a timely manner.
Assist clients with their needs, ensuring satisfaction through effective communication and support.
Conduct outbound calling to follow up on client requests or provide additional information as needed.
Perform data entry tasks accurately to maintain up-to-date client records and information.
Handle cash transactions responsibly, ensuring accuracy in cash handling procedures.
Collaborate with team members to enhance client services and improve overall customer experience.
Utilize phone etiquette to maintain professionalism during all interactions with clients.
Identify opportunities for sales and promote relevant services or products to clients when appropriate.

Required
Strong phone etiquette and excellent verbal communication skills are essential.

Preferred
Proven experience in customer service or client services roles is preferred.
Experience in outbound calling is a plus, along with familiarity in cash handling procedures.
Sales experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
