Responsibilities
Lead and inspire the design team to deliver exceptional UX/UI solutions.
Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and objectives.
Define and implement design strategies that emphasize user engagement.
Stay current with industry trends and integrate best practices into the design process.
Oversee the execution of multiple design projects, ensuring high-quality, timely delivery.
Act as a design ambassador for FlyDesign, nurturing client relationships and promoting the company’s design ethos.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
A minimum of 10 years of experience in UX/UI design, including at least 5 years in a leadership role.
A strong portfolio showcasing expertise and successful design projects.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and lead diverse teams effectively.
Deep passion for understanding user needs and creating compelling experiences.
