Responsibilities
Direct and/or complete minor and major mechanical repairs or aesthetic issues to ensure the property is optimally functional, presentable, and safe.
Select and monitor service providers to ensure effective and efficient services for the property.
Maintain accurate levels of inventory related to building mechanical systems.
Respond to emergency situations promptly and accurately.
Facilitate the selection, placement, retention, and development of human resources to achieve quality and productivity goals.
Participate in continuous improvement/quality initiatives and identify improvements to processes.
Complete reports and various administrative duties to support project completion.
Communicate with property management, engineering staff, tenants, and vendors for operational issues.
