Responsibilities

Oversee the maintenance and continuous operation of all building systems including fire/life safety, mechanical, electrical, lighting, temperature controls systems, critical environments, and digital systems.

Supervise and manage engineers and maintenance staff, including hiring, training, coaching, and personal development.

Identify maintenance objectives, safety hazards, and compliance with regulatory laws and guidelines.

Develop a Capital plan, oversee major projects, and maintain all infrastructure documentation.

Ensure compliance with company policies, manage contractors, and keep records of building activities.

Conduct reviews of engineering staff, maintain inventory, and protect the owner's asset.

Manage service work, administrative functions, and provide training to expand capabilities of the team.

Work with the General Manager on tenant and capital improvement projects, budget preparation, and utility consumption tracking.

Provide regional support and be available for on-call responsibilities.
