Responsibilities
Develop and implement the company’s strategic vision, in collaboration with the executive team and board of directors
Lead and oversee the overall operations of the company, ensuring efficient and effective performance across all departments
Foster a culture of innovation and excellence within the organization, driving continuous improvement and growth
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive business growth and enhance the company’s reputation
Provide strong and inspiring leadership to the team, fostering a positive and productive work environment
Monitor industry trends and developments to identify opportunities and challenges, and adapt the company’s strategies accordingly

Required
Proven experience as a CEO or in a similar leadership role, preferably in the tech or AI industry
Strong understanding of AI technology and its applications in business and industry
Excellent leadership and managerial skills, with a track record of building and leading high-performing teams
Strategic vision and the ability to make sound business decisions that drive growth and innovation
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence a wide range of stakeholders
Part-time availability (20-30 hours per week) to accommodate current business commitments
