Responsibilities

Drive the new strategy set by the board, staff, and international network.
Move the organization toward its long-term vision of transforming healthcare systems to be more environmentally sustainable, equitable, and resilient.
Lead a new Executive Leadership Team and a growing staff, cultivating an inclusive and empowering organizational culture.
Guide the organization’s strategic direction, foster innovation, and ensure HCWH is well-positioned to continue its essential impact in healthcare and climate change.
