Responsibilities
Develop and execute financial strategies that align with the company’s goals.
Provide financial insights and recommendations to drive decision-making across the organization.
Act as a strategic partner to the CEO, board, and executive team.
Lead Series D and subsequent fundraising efforts, including financial modeling and due diligence.
Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, stakeholders, and financial partners.
Represent the company in discussions with current and prospective investors.
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
Manage cash flow to ensure optimal financial health and operational efficiency.
Implement and monitor robust internal controls, compliance, and risk management practices.
Drive financial planning for international expansion and M&A opportunities.
Optimize capital allocation for R&D, marketing, and product development initiatives.
Build scalable financial systems and processes for a high-growth environment.
Build and lead a high-performing finance team.
Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and collaboration.

Required
10+ years in finance leadership roles, including at least 3 years as a CFO in a startup or high-growth environment
Proven experience in fundraising (Series B or later) and scaling operations
Expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and strategic planning
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation in healthcare
Results-oriented leader with a collaborative approach to problem-solving
Preferred
Experience in the health tech, SaaS, or technology sectors
Strong understanding of regulatory requirements, including healthcare compliance
MBA or CPA
