Responsibilities
Oversee all company accounting and financial operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with statutory law and financial regulations.
Implement and maintain robust compliance and auditing processes, identifying and mitigating financial risks.
Support and manage financial aspects of transactional activities, including acquisitions and mergers, ensuring thorough due diligence and optimal deal structuring.
Drive fundraising initiatives, engaging with investors and managing relationships to secure capital for company ventures.
Collaborate with senior management to define and execute the financial strategy, aligning with the firm’s objectives.
Provide strategic recommendations to the CEO and members of the executive management team.

Required
Proven experience as a CFO, preferably within private equity or technology industries.
Strong foundation in Accounting and Reporting, with extensive experience in managing financial operations.
In-depth knowledge of SEC regulations and reporting requirements.
Demonstrated ability in Compliance and Auditing, with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Experience in Transactional Support and Due Diligence for mergers, acquisitions, or similar financial transactions.
Proven track record in Fundraising and investor relations, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA, MBA, or relevant graduate degree strongly preferred.
Excellent analytical, decision-making, and management skills.
