Responsibilities
Develop and execute the organization’s financial strategy to support overall business goals. Provide financial insights and recommendations to the executive team and board of directors.
Oversee the preparation and management of budgets, financial forecasts, and performance analyses to ensure accurate financial planning.
Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow analyses, to internal and external stakeholders.
Identify and manage financial risks, ensuring proper controls, compliance, and safeguards to protect company assets.
Optimize capital structure, manage cash flow, and ensure the organization has sufficient funding for operations, growth, and investments.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and corporate governance requirements. Lead audits and maintain strong relationships with regulatory agencies.
Evaluate and oversee investments, acquisitions, and other strategic financial opportunities to maximize shareholder value.
Build and lead a high-performing finance team, fostering professional growth and ensuring operational excellence.
Serve as the primary point of contact for investors, financial institutions, and other external stakeholders.
Collaborate with other executives to shape the company’s overall strategy, driving sustainable growth and profitability.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (MBA or CPA preferred).
Proven experience in a senior financial leadership role, such as CFO, VP of Finance, or Financial Controller.
Strong understanding of corporate finance, accounting principles, and financial regulations.
Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
Exceptional leadership and team management abilities.
Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information to diverse audiences.
Proficiency in financial software and tools, with a track record of leveraging technology to enhance efficiency.
Preferred
MBA or CPA preferred.
