Responsibilities
Shape and drive people strategy at a corporate level, including hiring practices, leadership development, and other training programs.
Establish and maintain on- and offboarding strategies to ensure a smooth transition for volunteers.
Refine recruitment policies to attract and retain top talent.
Gather feedback on volunteer experience and engagement to inform culture strategies and initiatives.
Oversee company-wide communication with volunteers to ensure transparency and alignment.
Manage volunteer benefit programs to support the well-being and satisfaction of personnel.
Establish and implement HR efforts that effectively communicate and support the company's mission and strategic vision.
Develop HR plans and strategies to support the achievement of the overall business operations objectives.
Function as a strategic business advisor to the executive/senior management of each business unit or specialty group regarding key organizational and management issues.
Work with the Board of Directors to establish a sound management succession plan that corresponds to the company's strategy and objectives.
Develop comprehensive strategic recruiting and retention plans to meet the human capital needs of strategic goals.
Develop and implement comprehensive compensation and benefits plans that are competitive and cost-effective.
Provide overall leadership and guidance to the HR function by overseeing talent acquisition, career development, succession planning, retention, training, leadership development, compensation, and benefits globally.

Required
Experience in developing and implementing strategies that enhance employee experience and engagement.
Proven track record in managing teams responsible for talent acquisition, corporate culture, onboarding/offboarding processes, and other aspects of human resources.
Ability to influence compensation plans for future employees and workplace policies that support volunteer well-being.
Experience in gathering feedback on employee wellness and productivity to inform culture strategies.
Ability to oversee company-wide communication with employees and manage volunteer benefit programs.
