Responsibilities
Develop and implement a robust performance marketing strategy, including paid search, social media advertising, affiliate marketing, and email marketing.
Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
Utilize data analytics to measure marketing performance, optimize campaigns, and identify new opportunities.
Develop and execute effective customer acquisition strategies to drive lead generation and conversion.
Manage the marketing budget effectively and optimize ROI.
Build, develop, and lead a high-performing marketing team.
Oversee brand strategy, positioning, and messaging across all channels.
Manage public relations efforts to build brand awareness and reputation.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
10+ years of experience in performance marketing leadership roles, preferably in the financial services industry.
Proven track record of driving significant growth through performance marketing campaigns.
Deep understanding of digital marketing channels and technologies.
Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making.
Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
