Responsibilities
Define and execute a growth-focused, multi-channel marketing strategy that drives customer acquisition, retention, and market leadership.
Spearhead Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives to engage high-value accounts and shorten sales cycles.
Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities, competitive trends, and customer insights to fuel rapid growth.
Partner with the executive team to shape the company’s vision, value proposition, and go-to-market strategies.
Build and scale lead generation programs and demand-generation campaigns to deliver predictable and sustainable pipeline growth.
Establish and optimize KPIs, including customer acquisition costs (CAC), customer lifetime value (LTV), revenue contribution, and ROI.
Leverage advanced analytics, intent signals, and predictive insights to drive precision targeting and maximize campaign performance.
Elevate the company’s brand to become synonymous with innovation, trust, and industry leadership.
Oversee impactful digital marketing strategies, including paid advertising, retargeting, influencer partnerships, and SEO/SEM, to maximize visibility and engagement in competitive markets.
Drive thought leadership through compelling content, including whitepapers, case studies, webinars, and blogs, to establish authority in target industries.
Build, inspire, and scale a high-performing marketing team capable of executing at pace and delivering results in a fast-moving environment.
Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and collaboration, enabling the team to excel during rapid expansion.
Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless alignment on priorities, messaging, and execution.
Optimize the marketing technology stack to support rapid scaling, streamline processes, and improve decision-making.
Identify and implement emerging tools and platforms to maintain a competitive edge and enable scalable growth.

Required
10+ years of marketing leadership experience, with significant experience driving growth in a high-growth or startup environment.
Deep experience in Account-Based Marketing (ABM), including targeting high-value accounts and driving measurable success in complex sales cycles.
A track record of successfully leading marketing strategies that resulted in significant revenue and market share growth.
Strong analytical skills with a focus on measuring, optimizing, and delivering measurable results.
Expertise in martech stacks, CRM systems, and advanced analytics tools to support scale and precision.
Demonstrated success in developing and scaling content marketing, paid advertising, SEO/SEM, and digital engagement strategies.
Exceptional ability to drive alignment across teams, ensuring shared goals and synchronized execution.
A leader who thrives in high-growth environments, scaling teams, processes, and strategies to achieve ambitious goals.
