Responsibilities
Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the CTO to develop and execute the technical organization's strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with the company's overall goals and objectives.
Collaborate directly with functional leaders to develop, drive and deliver operational strategies that support business growth
Budget Management: Assist in budget planning and management for the technical organization, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
Technical Project Management: Oversee and manage key technical projects, tracking progress, identifying risks, and ensuring timely completion.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Facilitate communication and collaboration between different departments and leaders within the organization to ensure seamless execution of projects and initiatives.
Executive Support: Act as the primary point of contact between the CTO and other stakeholders, including executives, partners, and external contacts.
Policy and Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and implement best practices and standard operating procedures.
Internal Strategic Communications: Develop and deliver clear and effective communications on behalf of the CTO
Special Projects: Undertake special projects and initiatives as directed by the CTO, often requiring cross-functional collaboration and innovation.

Required
Proven experience in a technical leadership role, preferably within a technology-driven organization.
Deep expertise in developing, presenting and overseeing financial budgets ensuring alignment with company goals, best practices and regulations in accounting and financial areas.
Strong project management skills with a track record of successful project execution.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Demonstrate executive presence and experience managing high-touch relationships and highly visible and sensitive strategy and planning matters
Experience scaling and optimizing business processes in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in relevant cloud and AI software and tools.
Leadership and mentoring experience.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field (Master's degree preferred).
