Responsibilities
Collaborate with the CEO to develop and execute strategic initiatives
Manage cross-functional teams to drive progress on key projects
Identify and evaluate new opportunities for organizational growth and development, including potential M&A targets
Oversee the implementation of new initiatives throughout the organization
Act as the primary liaison between the CEO, the advisory board, the Board of Directors, and investors
Create and prepare content for board meetings and investor presentations, including presentations, reports, and other materials
Coordinate board meetings and investor presentations
Ensure effective communication and information flow between the CEO and key stakeholders
Develop and execute internal communication strategies, including town halls, company-wide emails, and other internal communications channels
Ensure consistent messaging and transparency across the organization
Optimize the CEO's time by managing their schedule, prioritizing meetings, and streamlining communication
Act as a gatekeeper for the CEO, filtering requests and delegating tasks as appropriate
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance organizational efficiency
Support the CEO in identifying and evaluating potential M&A opportunities
Develop and execute integration strategies for new acquisitions and partnerships
Oversee, attend as CEO representation, and manage any task forces focused on integration activities, including technology, new partners, etc
Lead or contribute to special projects as assigned by the CEO
Conduct research and analysis to support strategic decision-making

Required
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
5+ years of experience in a strategic or operational role, preferably in a high-growth environment
Proven ability to develop and execute strategic initiatives
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
Strong organizational and project management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
High level of discretion and confidentiality
Preferred
MBA or other relevant degree
Experience working with boards of directors and investors
Experience in the packaging industry or a related field
Experience with M&A transactions and integrations
