Responsibilities

Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness across the finance department.

Lead and manage cross-functional projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with strategic objectives.

Foster a collaborative environment within the finance team, promoting knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.

Collaborate with the CFO to develop and implement strategic plans that align with the company's long-term objectives.

Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify potential growth opportunities and risks.

Support the CFO in identifying, evaluating, and executing M&A opportunities, including due diligence, negotiation, and integration processes.

Establish and maintain strategic partnerships to foster business development and expansion.

Assist the CFO in developing and implementing the company's financial strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals.

Collaborate with FPA to conduct comprehensive financial analyses to support decision-making, including profitability analysis, cost management, and investment business cases.

Gather external reports to understand market, peer and competitor trends, metrics and efficiencies.

Required

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is required

7-10 years of experience in Strategic Finance, Corporate Development, or similar roles, with a proven track record of executing high-impact initiatives

Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, analysis tools, and market research methodologies

Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive strategic initiatives

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly to stakeholders

Analytical mindset with a demonstrated ability to tackle complex challenges and propose innovative solutions
