Responsibilities
Oversee key client projects from proposal through delivery, ensuring they are on time, within scope, and aligned with budget and quality standards.
Respond with proposals to Request for Proposals (RFPs) to government solicitations.
Serve as a senior point of contact for clients across all services, fostering strong relationships, ensuring alignment with their needs, and enhancing client satisfaction.
Oversee the sourcing, onboarding, and retention of crowdsourced talent, IT consultants, and staff augmentation resources, ensuring the right fit for each project and maintaining a high-quality talent pool.
Oversee budgets, billing, invoicing, and financial reporting across all service lines.
Ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency, identifying cost-saving opportunities as needed.
Establish and maintain partnerships with key vendors and service providers to support service delivery.
Negotiate favorable terms and manage performance to align with company objectives.
Lead and mentor a team responsible for managing operations, fostering a collaborative environment, setting clear goals, and driving accountability.

Required
5+ years in project management roles, ideally across crowdsourcing, IT consulting, or IT staff augmentation.
Experience scaling operations within a startup or high-growth environment is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
In-depth understanding of crowdsourcing, IT staffing, and consulting service models.
Strong client-facing skills with the ability to build and nurture long-term client relationships.
Hands-on experience with financial management, including budget oversight, billing, and invoicing.
Proven leadership skills, with a focus on building efficient teams and fostering a collaborative culture.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, flexible startup environment and adapt to evolving priorities.
Preferred
Familiarity with project management tools and platforms.
A solution-oriented mindset with a track record of implementing efficient operational processes.
Experience in contract negotiation and vendor management.
