Responsibilities
Manage the recruitment of senior sales and operational staff, ensuring successful integration.
Oversee day-to-day operations, improve internal processes, and ensure the efficient execution of strategic initiatives.
Ensure that all client-facing activities are high quality, delivering exceptional service and building long-term relationships.
Collaborate closely with business development teams to acquire new clients and ensure smooth transitions from sales to execution.
Lead initiatives to streamline internal processes and drive improvements in performance and efficiency.
Manage access to the CEO, and screen prospective clients, partners, vendors, and new hires.
Oversee day-to-day operations, including task and workflow management, administrative tasks, and vendor relations.
Manage client communications and ensure timely and professional service delivery.
Daily check-ins, progress reports, and project management oversight.
Lead social media and LinkedIn outreach to increase brand visibility.

Required
15+ years of experience at top-tier consulting firms (e.g., McKinsey, Bain, BCG), private equity, or venture capital firms (e.g., Carlyle, Blackstone, KKR).
Proven experience in operational management, business development, and client relations.
Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
