Responsibilities
Develop and implement operational strategies that align with the organization’s vision, mission, and goals.
Oversee day-to-day operations, including clinical services, administrative functions, and resource management.
Collaborate with the CEO and other executives to set short-term and long-term organizational objectives.
Lead and manage remote teams across various departments to ensure seamless operations and effective communication.
Drive process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and optimize costs.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify opportunities for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and excellence throughout the organization.
Lead and mentor department heads and other senior leaders, enhancing their leadership skills and performance.
Represent the organization in industry events, conferences, and meetings with key stakeholders.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum of 10 years of senior leadership experience in the healthcare industry
Proven track record of successfully managing remote teams and driving operational excellence
Strong understanding of healthcare operations, regulatory compliance, and patient care standards
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to think strategically and execute operational plans effectively
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, remote work environment and manage multiple priorities
Preferred
MBA or advanced degree
Experience with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) is highly desirable
