Responsibilities
Operations Management: Oversee and optimize day-to-day business operations, ensuring seamless execution of strategies across all functions.
E-commerce Leadership: Drive performance of Amazon and other marketplace operations, focusing on revenue growth and cost optimization.
Data-Driven Decisions: Analyze sales metrics, operational KPIs, and cost structures to identify areas of improvement and implement solutions.
Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with marketing, sales, and logistics teams to align strategies and improve customer satisfaction.
Strategic Planning : Develop and execute operational strategies to meet business goals, scale operations, and respond effectively to market changes.

Required
Proven track record in operational leadership, preferably in e-commerce or digital retail.
Hands-on experience managing online stores, digital marketing initiatives, and sales analytics.
Proficiency with data analysis tools, including Excel, Google Analytics, and other sales reporting systems.
Deep understanding of Amazon marketplace operations and other online platforms.
Experience leading and motivating cross-functional teams, driving alignment with operational goals, and fostering a results-driven culture.
Ability to troubleshoot challenges, adapt to dynamic business environments, and deliver innovative solutions.
Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships across teams and external stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to achieve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and improve key performance indicators.
