Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and manage company-wide operational strategies, policies, and processes to enhance service delivery and efficiency.
Oversee daily operations, including janitorial service delivery, scheduling, quality assurance, and team performance.
Ensure compliance with company standards, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements.
Manage and optimize the use of Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to track work orders, schedules, and resource allocation.
Oversee vendor management, ensuring strong relationships, performance accountability, and cost-effective procurement of supplies and services.
Provide leadership, mentorship, and oversight to directors, regional and site managers, supervisors, and field staff.
Directly manage the Vice President to ensure operational goals are met across all levels.
Establish clear KPIs and performance metrics to track and improve individual and team effectiveness.
Foster a culture of accountability, professionalism, and continuous improvement.
Collaborate with the sales and account management teams to maintain strong client relationships.
Monitor client satisfaction through regular feedback, site visits, and operational reviews.
Address escalated client issues promptly and implement long-term solutions to prevent recurrence.
Partner with the CFO to manage budgets, control costs, and drive profitability.
Analyze operational data to identify areas for cost savings, process optimization, and improved resource allocation.
Contribute to pricing strategies, contract negotiations, and proposal development for new business opportunities.
Work with the CEO to set and execute short- and long-term business goals in alignment with the company vision.
Identify growth opportunities and operational innovations to improve service delivery and gain a competitive advantage.
Lead initiatives for new technology implementation, sustainability practices, and employee training programs.
Oversee the completion of Requests for Proposals (RFPs), ensuring accuracy, timely submission, and alignment with client requirements.
Oversee and improve quality control programs, including inspections, reporting, and performance audits.
Monitor industry trends and integrate new tools, processes, or standards to stay ahead of market demands.

Required
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive leadership experience in operations, preferably in facilities management, janitorial services, or similar industries
Proven experience in managing large teams and multi-site operations
Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and improving operational profitability
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Proficient in operational software, scheduling tools, and Microsoft Office Suite
Experience with CMMS systems and vendor management
Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
Knowledge of safety and compliance standards related to janitorial and facilities services
Preferred
Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
