Responsibilities
Define and execute the company's product strategy aligned with business goals
Lead product ideation, development, and lifecycle management
Anticipate market trends and customer needs to drive innovation
Oversee all aspects of technology development and implementation
Ensure the scalability, security, and efficiency of our technical infrastructure
Stay abreast of emerging technologies and evaluate their potential impact on our business
Lead, mentor, and inspire product and engineering teams
Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement
Recruit and retain top talent in product and engineering roles
Work closely with other C-level executives to align product and technology strategies with overall business objectives
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure product-market fit and customer satisfaction
Optimize product development and engineering processes
Manage budgets and resources effectively
Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for product and engineering teams
Contribute to the company's long-term strategic planning
Identify opportunities for growth through product innovation and technological advancements
Act as a thought leader in the industry, representing the company at conferences and events
Build and maintain relationships with key partners, customers, and stakeholders

Required
Master Degree in Computer Science from a recognized institution
10 years of product management experience
Minimum 10 years of experience in product management roles
Minimum 10 years of experience in software development roles
Proven track record in senior leadership positions, preferably in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment
Strong leadership and team management abilities
Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
Deep understanding of software development methodologies and best practices
Profound knowledge of product management principles and techniques
Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to balance technical expertise with business acumen
Proven track record of successful product launches and innovations
Experience with Agile methodologies and lean startup principles
Strong understanding of user experience (UX) design principles
Familiarity with emerging technologies such as AI, machine learning, blockchain, etc.
