Required

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field

10+ years of IT project management experience

PMP certification required

Proficient in CA PPM (Clarity) or similar tools, Microsoft Project, Excel, and PowerPoint

Strong experience with both waterfall and agile delivery

Proven track record of managing large, complex, global projects independently

Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking capabilities

Strong communication and presentation skills at all levels of the organization

Proficiency in budget, schedule, and vendor management

Ability to lead confidently under pressure and foster collaboration across teams
