Responsibilities

Drive exceptional sales, marketing and operational execution, pipeline creation and pipeline management – developing initiatives to scale quickly and effectively by penetrating new markets.
Lead net new sales and account expansion efforts while scaling a globally distributed sales organization.
Build out the strategic go-to-market motion continuing a focus on large, global customers (F1000) – as well as develop go to market sales and marketing motion in mid-market accounts ($500M-2B) for the company’s various offerings in the Enterprise SaaS/Data space and in our unique services offerings.
Provide strategic direction to the Marketing organization and the Senior Vice President of Marketing, integrating all the functions of marketing and and demand generation with the overall go-to-market strategy.
Help drive innovation in new offerings, promotions, product messaging and partnerships/channels to continue to grow our client base and grab the white space of unused existing solutions in our evolving customer base.
Lead from the front on key customer relationships and deal strategy. Expand efforts to capture business development and strategic partnership opportunities to accelerate growth, leveraging multi-channel distribution.
Create and drive new strategic go-to-market plans globally to meet overall company growth and market share goals.
Maintain strong reporting and accountability against numbers, driving to exceed quotas, while developing and managing motivating incentive tools.
Design and implement processes that allow the organization to be more predictable and improve productivity while continuing to scale.
Develop short and long-term market strategies and forecasts through market analysis and interpretation of data, utilizing best in class technology to automate what can be effectively automated.
Inspire and rally the troops. Continue to attract, build, and retain a world-class team of high performers and high performing leaders consisting of diverse, yet complementary skill sets.

Required

Demonstrable Sales Leadership Results - A provable track record of team building, revenue goal setting, and team leadership - that is followed by consistent achievement of those goals such that both revenue and profit targets are achieved.
Enterprise Software Sales - Demonstrated sales leadership within a B2B software organization working across complex, global businesses and selling to large enterprises. Has proven success selling services and SaaS/Data solutions across multiple verticals and multiple sales/influencer channels and through recurring revenue models.
Revenue Growth and Scale - Experience scaling a software and professional services organization from $100M+ to $400M+. Proven success acting as a change agent driving a business through transformation. Capable of owning responsibility for the business across various product and revenue lines within a growth environment.
Domain Expertise – Experience within a relevant software domain, such as Procure-to-Pay, Source-to-Pay, accounts payable automation or other adjacent technology and services sectors.
Operational Rigor - A highly operational and metrics-driven executive who is able to effectively leverage data to implement best practices and drive business decisions in a private equity-backed environment.
Relationship Oriented – A relationship builder skillset who is comfortable building relationships and easily interacting with C-Level executives at the F1000 as well as those that have hands-on responsibilities for our solutions at our company and at our clients.
