Responsibilities
Develop and execute Ovation’s technology strategy and roadmap, prioritizing scalability, user data protection, and interoperability.
Lead the implementation of core technologies to support secure and seamless NFT interactions across a multi-chain environment.
Leverage experience with NFT pricing and data solutions to enhance data accuracy, reliability, and analytics within Ovation’s platform.
Architect and deploy scalable, secure software solutions optimized for Web3 marketplaces, NFT data integrity, and user-friendly interfaces.
Ensure platform architecture supports multi-chain interoperability (including Cosmos and Ethereum ecosystems) and robust multichain wallet functionality.
Utilize advanced Web3 tools and technologies, such as Web3.js, Ethers.js, MetaMask, IPFS, Filecoin, and OrbitDB, to build high-performance, decentralized features that prioritize data protection.
Keep Ovation at the forefront of Web3 innovation by staying updated on blockchain advancements, including NFT pricing models, NFT metadata standards, and multichain compatibility.
Design and implement rigorous security protocols to protect user and wallet data, ensuring the highest standards in data encryption, secure wallet integrations, and smart contract security.
Employ best practices in decentralized identity (DID) management, preventing unauthorized access while enabling secure, streamlined user authentication.
Oversee data compliance processes, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards, including GDPR and other relevant data protection policies.
Build and manage a high-performing engineering team, recruiting top talent skilled in Web3 languages, multichain wallet integrations, and NFT infrastructure.
Mentor and develop the team to cultivate a culture of security, continuous learning, and agility.
Implement agile practices with Jira and prioritize clear documentation, setting standards and SOPs to ensure efficient workflows across remote team members.
Drive the development of Ovation’s NFT-centric features, enhancing the user experience with dynamic social and discovery.
Integrate pricing analytics and intelligent profiling to improve user engagement, deliver accurate NFT data, and provide valuable insights.
Oversee the creation of Ovation’s social hub and NFT exchange, prioritizing secure, engaging interactions that maintain trust and safety.

Required
Expertise in Web3 backend tools (e.g., Web3.js, Ethers.js, Node.js, NestJS, C#, and MYSQL)
Proficiency in Solidity or Rust, with experience building secure, interoperable smart contracts
Knowledge of Cosmos SDK and Tendermint for developing cross-chain solutions
Experience with frontend libraries and frameworks (React.js, Next.js), including seamless integration with various wallets like MetaMask, Wallet Connect, etc.
In-depth knowledge of security protocols for wallet and user data protection
Experience with compliance standards (e.g., GDPR) for data privacy
Familiarity with NFT pricing models, multichain wallet functionality, and marketplace requirements
Proven experience as a CTO or similar technical leadership role, ideally within a Web3/NFT company or marketplace environment
Demonstrated expertise in cross-chain solutions, Web3 interoperability, and database management
Experience with Cosmos ecosystem and multi-chain technologies, including integration of secure wallet solutions and NFT-specific data structures
Exceptional team management and leadership skills, with a proven track record of building high-performing, agile engineering teams
Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities
Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools like Jira for flexible and responsive project management
Commitment to clear, thorough documentation and creating standard operating procedures (SOPs) to streamline development
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
