Responsibilities
Drive the organization’s research and development efforts to innovate and implement cutting-edge technologies.
Define and execute the company’s technology roadmap to align with business objectives.
Recruit, mentor, and manage a high-performing technology team, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
Oversee major technology initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
Work closely with other C-suite executives to align technology with business strategy and growth goals.
Identify and evaluate emerging technologies to ensure the organization remains competitive and future-ready.
Develop and manage the R&D and technology budgets effectively, ensuring optimal use of resources.
Ensure all technology practices comply with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Attend monthly office events to connect with the team, share updates, and foster team spirit.

Required
Proven experience as a CTO or in a senior technology leadership role within the IT sector.
Strong background in research and development, with a track record of driving innovation.
Expertise in building and managing technology teams, fostering collaboration and growth.
Solid understanding of software development, cloud technologies, and IT infrastructure.
Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on technical involvement when necessary.
Preferred
Experience with emerging technologies such as AI, machine learning, or blockchain.
Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
Previous experience in scaling technology teams in remote or hybrid environments.
