Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management: Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and retention. Act as the primary point of contact for key clients.
Business Development: Identify and target new business opportunities to expand the company's client base. Utilize industry knowledge and market trends to develop strategies for client acquisition.
Sales Growth: Grow the book of business by meeting and exceeding sales targets. Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, with a focus on maximizing revenue and profitability.
Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (marketing, operations, etc.) to ensure customer satisfaction and that services meet client expectations. Share market insights and feedback to help refine service offerings.
CRM & Lead Management: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, opportunities, and client communications in the CRM system. Ensure timely follow-up and progress tracking for all active leads.
Industry Expertise: Stay current on industry trends, regulations, and market developments in ITAD, recycling, and sustainability, including compliance standards, circular economy models, and material lifecycle management.
Travel: Travel as necessary to meet with clients, attend trade shows, or collaborate with team members and key stakeholders in person.

Required
3-5 years of sales or business development experience in the ITAD (IT Asset Disposition) and/or Recycling Industry.
Proficiency in G-Suite, Microsoft Office, and CRM management tools.
Knowledge of the ITAD industry, including material recycling, compliance regulations, sustainability practices, and circular economy trends.
Ability to work independently and stay organized in a fast-paced, remote work environment.
Strong in-person communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Capable of engaging clients and stakeholders effectively.
Excellent follow-up skills to ensure client satisfaction and drive sales closure.
Self-driven, highly organized, and goal oriented.
Comfortable managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
Ability to build rapport and trust with clients, while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
Quick to adapt and respond to changing business needs.
