Required

A proven track record of consistently driving revenue growth in a similar role within an established IT services organization.
Strong connections with designated accounts and a deep understanding of client needs.
Experience in a leading IT services company, where you have contributed to cloud and infrastructure solution strategies.
A comprehensive understanding of the broader business context in which clients operate, with the ability to deliver tailored solutions that create value.
Experience in Cloud (IaaS and PaaS) strategy, migration, and operations.
Proficiency in private and hybrid cloud setups and their operational management.
Familiarity with End User Services, including Digital Workplace and Service Desk operations.
Expertise in Software-Defined Infrastructure (SDI) operations.

Preferred

Expertise in industries such as Media & Entertainment (M&E), Retail & Consumer Goods (RCG), Healthcare & Life Sciences (HLS) is highly valued.
Candidates with a strong grasp of Cloud and Infrastructure Services from other industries will also be considered.
