Responsibilities
Gain access to client environments to review and assess current WebEx Contact Center setups.
Analyze and compare existing WebEx configurations and call flows against provided documentation.
Recommend and implement best practice changes to optimize contact center performance and call flows.
Conduct training sessions for clients on how to design, edit, and manage contact center flows.
Document the current state and proposed improvements for client systems.
Ensure all implementations align with client expectations and technical requirements.
Assist clients in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to their contact center operations.

Required
Demonstrated Cisco WebEx Contact Center experience
Proficient in Cisco WebEx Contact Center
Strong understanding of GUI-based system configurations
Preferred
Familiarity with UCCX might also help, that’s the system they just migrated away from
