Responsibilities

Spearheading the engineering and design endeavors concerning site civil, stormwater drainage, industrial wastewater, and utility design projects.

Engaging in civil design, solid waste management/landfill design, impoundments, and roadway plans and profiles.

Engaging in troubleshooting across cross-functional teams.

Nurturing junior-level staff and steering design teams.

Participation in and orchestration of various design and construction meetings with clients and subcontractors (including Pre-bid meetings).

Mapping out, scheduling, and executing detailed stages of design tasks.

Operating as a sell/manage/do entity, encompassing marketing/sales support, project and practice management, and client project involvement as deemed appropriate.
