Responsibilities

Lead a multi-discipline team of engineers, surveyors, landscape architects, and technicians.
Work with planners and architects to provide design solutions on various projects.
Oversee all phases of design and construction activities to develop efficient solutions.

Required

8+ years' of experience in design and plan preparation, with at least 4 years of site development projects.
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Landscape Architecture, preferably working as a licensed Professional Engineer or Landscape Architect.
Experience with industry design standards, guidelines and specifications (i.e., City of Columbus and surrounding counties, ODOT, and etc.) and knowledge of AutoCad/Civil 3D grading is expected.
Proficiency in independent preparation of Hydraulic/Hydrologic reports, Roadway design and survey experience is a plus.
The ability to engage reviewing agencies while preparing technical designs and addressing comments is a critical part of our process. The ideal candidate will be comfortable communicating and coordinating with review agencies.
