Responsibilities

Contribute as a team member of the Land Development team.

Design residential, commercial, and multi-family projects in the San Antonio area.

Prepare construction documents for various civil engineering projects including roads, storm drainage systems, water and sanitary sewer utility design, etc.

Required

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering

Engineer in Training (EIT)

Experience designing street, drainage, commercial/multi-family/residential site grading, water supply, sanitary sewer and wastewater systems

Preferred

Familiarity with local zoning ordinances, subdivision regulations, and other design criteria to formulate and present specific, practical solutions to project design problems

Experience with Civil3D

Possess a strong desire to continue learning, advance professionally, and demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, design team environment

Strong written and verbal communication skills
