Responsibilities
Develop designs and monitor budgets and schedules for highway projects from initial scoping through construction support.
Generate and evaluate geometric design alternatives, assess impacts, and conceptualize design exceptions as necessary.
Interpret and apply laws, regulations, and policies related to highway design.
Ensure financial accountability and management of funds for assigned projects.

Must be a U.S. citizen & meet specialized experience to qualify
